The world we live in lacks values such as honesty and authenticity. The lack of them leads to interpersonal communication gaps in the personal and business world.
On the farm, with the horses, there is no room for fake emotions. Authenticity is necessary for us to be able to get close to the horses, handle them, and even exercise them. Practicing honest and true communication will optimize our communication with the team, with our managers, and with ourselves.
Our workshops are unique, effective, and customized to the company's needs. They focus on developing communication skills, management, group coordination, and dealing with pressure and challenges in the business environment, with the horses serving as active partners in the learning process.

בוספאלוס הוקמה מתוך חיים שלמים בעולם הסוסים. כדור שני בתחום, צברנו ניסיון מעשי עשיר לצד למידה מתמשכת, הכשרות מקצועיות והשתלמויות בתחומי הסוסים, ההדרכה, הטיפול והפסיכולוגיה. כל אלו יוצרים גישה רחבה ומאוזנת המשלבת ניסיון מהשטח עם ידע מקצועי עדכני.

The workshop takes place on an agricultural farm, in Moshav Devora in the Gilboa. We will start relatively early, with breakfast, we will talk about how it all started and what it has to do with horses, we will practice unique ground work with horses, and conclude with a glass of wine and a good meal.
